The Yoga for Cancer approach encompasses gentle chair yoga with restorative breath work and positional therapy.

 

For beginners and all levels. If you breathe you can do this class. While using breath and movement, this approach focuses on improving flexibility and strength while stimulating and relaxing the immune and nervous systems. This class will help reduce anxiety and relieve pain and discomfort associated with the side effects of cancer and its treatments.
